The Sacred Birth Centre believes in supporting the whole journey for women in & around birth & what better place to start than at Preconception.
Conceiving a child can be a quick process for some, which can be a blessing or a surprise, but for others, the path can be long & potentially difficult. We want to create space for couples & individuals journeying through conceiving or understanding their natural cycles during a phase before conception is planned.
We are creating services & support for people to receive knowledge around conscious conception & the menstrual cycle as well as helping with physically, mentally & spiritually preparing the womb space, body & mind for conception.
